Appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims (DeBow, J.), entered February 18, 2009, upon a decision of the court in favor of defendant.
During a winter storm in February 2000, claimant was traveling westbound on State Route 213 in the Town of Esopus, Ulster County when an eastbound van lost control on a curve, crossed the center line, and struck her vehicle.
