| jThis workers’ compensation case involves and employee injured while in the course and scope of his employment. The employee and his original treating physician were notified that the treating physician’s recommended physical therapy was denied by a utilization review. Thus, the treating physician released the employee back to work, and the employee’s workers’ compensation benefits were terminated.
