ORDER
ROSS T. ROBERTS, District Judge.
Before the court is an appeal of the bankruptcy court’s order of September 20, 1985, finding that certain amounts owed by appellant to his former spouse were nondis-chargeable support within the meaning of § 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. For the reasons stated below, the bankruptcy court’s decision will be affirmed.
