VANDE WALLE, Justice.

Arthur and Ellenora Meinke, personal representatives of the estate of Claire Paul-son, appealed from the judgment of the district court of LaMoure County, entered on October 25, 1983, by Judge Gordon 0. Hoberg. Judge Hoberg, who vacated a prior judgment entered by Judge M.C. Fre-dricks, amended the findings of fact and conclusions of law by imposing a constructive trust in favor of Oscar and June Paul-son on property located in LaMoure County.
