MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PIERSOL, District Judge.
Plaintiff, the United States of America, moved for summary judgment in an action seeking foreclosure of a Farmers’ Home Administration mortgage on land owned by Defendants, Dennis and Connie Birchem, Docket No. 15. Defendants responded with a Brief in Opposition, Docket No. 27, and a Supplemental Brief in Opposition, Docket No. 43. Defendants have also moved to strike the affidavits of Láveme Tetzlaff, Docket No. 26, and Bonnie P.
