[ 282] Appeal from a judgment and decree of the trial court in favor of defendants and against the plaintiff on Count I of plaintiff’s petition seeking to set aside an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission approving a final settlement. See Section 3723 R. S, 1939, Mo. R. S. A. § 3723.
