OPINION OP THE COURT.

PARKER, J.

This is a habeas corpus proceeding-brought by the petitioner to obtain his discharge from custody under a commitment for contempt, in pursuance of the judgment of the District Court of McKinley County, the pertinent provisions whereof are as follows:
