JORDAN, District Judge.
This is an action for copyright infringement brought by the plaintiff, Belinda Dean, who does business as Specialty Ceramics and Molds, against Ben T. Burrows, Katie M. Burrows, individually and doing business as Action Molds, and Gary Bennett, Cheryl Bennett, individually and doing business as Bennett Molds.
