His land does not have any road frontage and is accessed by a 30-foot-wide right-of-way. On January 2, 2018, the Zoning Administrator for the Town of Pawlet (Town) denied Mr. Banyai’s permit application, which sought approval for a structure serving the training facility and for his use of the property for firearms training.
