Liberty Surety Bond Insurance Company (hereinafter called the "Liberty"), a New Jersey insurance company, deposited with the commissioner of banking and insurance real estate bonds and mortgages aggregating $110,000 face value, pursuant to section 10 of the Insurance Company act, "for the benefit and security of all the policy holders of the company depositing the same."
