P. F. Wagner and wife sued L. O. Hudler, seeking to set aside a sheriff's sale and cancel a deed made pursuant to such sale. They were the owners of the property sold. Miss M. E. Cooley, who owned the judgment upon which the order of sale issued, intervened, and also sought to set aside such sale and deed. Irregularities in the order of sale, coupled with gross inadequacy of price, and other matters and things, were relied upon, all of which will be sufficiently disclosed in the findings of fact and in our discussion of the assignments of error.
