Defendant appeals from his conviction on one count of first degree robbery, § 569.-020 RSMo 1978, for which he was sentenced to fifteen years imprisonment. On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred in: (1) denying defendant’s motion to exclude the victim’s identification testimony or to dismiss the case because the state could not produce a line-up photograph; (2) refusing to submit a jury instruction on a lesser included offense; and (3) admitting evidence of a fingerprint comparison that denied defendant’s sixth amendment right of confrontation.
