MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO REMAND

Now before the Court is Plaintiffs petition to remand this action to the Maine Superior Court. Motion for Remand and Incorporated Memorandum (Pleading No. 2). Defendants have filed briefs in opposition to the Motion to Remand.
