HOWARD, Circuit Judge.

Appellants Latin American Music Company (“LAMCO”) and Asociación de Com-positores y Editores de Música Latinoam-ericana (“ACEMLA”) 1 sued Media Power Group, Inc. (“MPG”) and its president Eduardo Rivero Albino for infringement of copyright with respect to twenty-one songs. The United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment as to twelve songs.
