PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES

Defendant-Appellant David Hansen (Hansen) was charged by Information of (1) Third-Degree Burglary; and (2) Intentional Damage to Private Property. Subsequently, he was charged by Indictment of Aiding and Abetting or Advising Another to Commit Third-Degree Arson. A jury found him guilty of all three crimes.
