BACKGROUND

On February 29, 2008, Brenda L. DuFoe (the “Debtor”) filed a petition initiating a Chapter 7 case, and Kenneth W. Gordon, Esq. (the “Trustee”) was appointed as her Chapter 7 Trustee.
