This is an application by a sheriff having charge of attachments and executions against a judgment debtor for an order permitting him to deposit with the court or the clerk thereof, any and all proceeds of sales in attachments and executions previously levied by him and now in his hands to await the determination of conflicting rights and priorities of the various attaching and execution creditors.
