Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (O’Brien, J.), rendered June 22, 1984, convicting him of robbery in the second degree (four counts), criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree (two counts), and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The defendant was also sentenced on two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree for which he was neither charged nor convicted.
