MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

This bankruptcy case originally came before the Court on complaint of Avery Federal Savings & Loan Association, by counsel, seeking relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, in order to foreclose on real property which is subject to a note and mortgage held by the plaintiff in the amount of Forty-Nine Thousand Seventy-Two and 82/100 Dollars ($49,072.82), with interest at the rate of 8V4% per annum from May 15,1980.
