ORDER
ROY, District Judge.
Before the Court are the Motion to Dismiss of defendant First Financial Corporation (“First Financial”) and the Motion to Dismiss or in the Alternative for Summary Judgment of defendant Home Owners Funding Corporation of America (“HOF-CA”), to both of which plaintiffs have responded. The Court will dispose of both motions and any supplements thereto in this Order.
