WALKER, Circuit Judge:
Plaintiffs brought an action under the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq., and under 42 U.S.C. § 1982, alleging that defendants unlawfully discriminated against the individual plaintiffs when defendants failed to rent them an apartment. After a two-week trial, the jury returned a verdict finding no violation of either the Fair Housing Act or 42 U.S.C. § 1982.
