Ladell Price brought suit against J. E. Conwell, to recover damages because of injuries sustained by him through the alleged negligence of the defendant. The defendant answered, and filed general and special demurrers to the petition. The court passed the following order: “The above general demurrer is sustained, unless plaintiff shall amend within ten days to meet the same.” The plaintiff offered amendments which, over the objection of the defendant, were allowed and filed.
