Bill to enjoin the First National Bank of Jackson from *906receiving, and tbe state treasurer from paying, certain auditor’s-warrants, and to deliver tbe sum of tbeir proceeds to complainant. There was a demurrer to the bill, on which the case, was taken to the high court of errors and appeals, and adjudged as reported in 42 Miss., 99. The cause being remanded,, answers were filed, when the injunction which had been granted was dissolved, and the bill dismissed.
