On March 17, 1971, pursuant to a negotiated settlement in lieu of con*47demnation, plaintiffs transferred title to their property at 1100 and 1106 West Ninth Street in the City of Chester, to defendant, Redevelopment Authority (herein Authority) for the sum of $85,000.
