State v. Harrell

¶ 1. Jacquese Franklin Harrell appeals the judgment entered on jury verdicts convicting him of first-degree reckless homicide while armed, see Wis. Stat. §§ 940.02(1) & 939.63, and unlawfully possessing a firearm although a convicted felon, see Wis. Stat. § 941.29, in connection with the shooting of Victoria Jackson in the early morning of October 20, 2007.
