This matter comes before the court on a motion for relief from the automatic stay [Dkt. No. 48] (the “Motion”) filed by Vanguard Energy Partners, LLC (“Vanguard”). In the Motion, Vanguard requests relief from the automatic stay to continue to arbitrate its claims and effectuate rights of setoff and/or recoupment against Patriot Solar Group, LLC (the “Debtor”).
