I. INTRODUCTION
In April 2007, New Century TRS Holdings, Inc. (“TRS Holdings”) and its affili ates (collectively, “debtors”) 1 filed chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions. In March 2008, debtors filed a liquidation plan.
