WELLIVER, Judge.
Appellant, James Dow, appeals from the dissolution decree of the Circuit Court of St. Francois County, alleging unconsciona-bility of the settlement agreement upon which the decree was based. The Court of Appeals, Eastern District, affirmed the circuit court and transferred the cause to this Court. Mo. Const, art. V, § 10.
