OPINION
WEINFELD, District Judge.
Petitioner, presently confined in Green Haven Prison, Stormville, New York, serving seven and one-half to ten years upon three concurrent sentences imposed pursuant to a judgment of conviction of two counts of burglary in the third degree and one count of grand larceny in the first degree entered upon a jury verdict in 1965 in Westchester County Court, seeks his release upon a federal writ of habeas corpus.
