Affirming.
Baylor Rowlett was tried for murder, convicted of manslaughter, and sentenced to the penitentiary for 10 years. On this appeal the instructions are not criticised, and the only grounds urged for reversal are the introduction of incompetent evidence for commonwealth and misconduct of the commonwealth’s attorney in the in troduction of evidence and in his closing argument. A consideration of these questions requires a statement of the facts.
