Defendant Ricky Dillingham was convicted, after a jury trial, of residential burglary (Pen. Code, § 459). In a bifurcated court trial, he was found to have suffered two prior serious felony convictions of residential burglary within the meaning of Penal Code 1 section 667, sub division (a). Defendant was sentenced to a total of 16 years.
