|2This is defendant Kevin Wise’s second appeal. On original appeal, this Court affirmed defendant’s conviction but vacated his habitual offender sentence and remanded the matter for resentencing after finding that the trial court failed to vacate defendant’s original sentence prior to imposing his enhanced sentence. See State v. Wise, 13-247 (La.App. 5 Cir. 11/19/13), 128 So.3d 1220.
