Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Hughes, J.), entered May 13,1983 in Albany County, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the amended complaint. 11 Plaintiffs sued defendant under sections 1983, 1985 and 1986 of title 42 of the United States Code for various claimed deprivations of their civil rights.
