This was an action to recover damages on account of an alleged conspiracy among the defendants to injure plaintiff in his business and occupation as a barber. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff the defendants appeal.

The original petition, briefly stated, alleged that plaintiff and defendant Cavender were residents of Nemaha county; that defendant Wilson was a resident of Leavenworth county; defendant Remmele was a resident of Riley county, and defendant Stivers, of Smith county, and defendants Wilson, Remmele and Stivers composed the…
