ORDER OVERRULING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTOR’S EXEMPTION

The Debtor received a state and federal tax refund shortly before her bankruptcy was filed. The Debtor cashed her refund checks and spent a portion of the funds for attorney fees and costs associated with filing the Debtor’s bankruptcy case. The majority of the federal tax refund was attributable to the Earned Income Credit and the Child Tax Credit, which the Debt- or claims as exempt pursuant to Section 2329.66(A)(9)(g) of the Ohio Revised Code.
