The plaintiffs in error filed an amended declaration, which was as follows:
"The plaintiff, Mrs. Robbie Lee Fisher, her husband, E. C. Fisher joining her, brings this, her suit against W. C. Payne and J. H. Biekerstaff, each of whom is a licensed and practicing physician in the City of Pensacola, in said County of Escambia and State of Florida, for that the defendants, together with one C. II. Gonzalez, were appointed on the 11th day of March, 1925, by the County Judge in and for the said County of Escambia and State of Florida, as a committee to examine into the alleged insanity of Mrs.…
