Affirming.

In November, 1925, the state bank examiner examined the Bank of Hartford and informed Biowan Holbrook, its vice president and chief managing agent, that its reserve was below the legal requirements and that certain loans should be reduced. J. W. Ford was the president of the bank and a large stockholder. He was 83 years old and in bad health. R.
