This complaint was filed by Lilly Thomas, Administrator of the Estate of John Bryntesen, against Carroll Construction Company and Hansell-Elcock Company, both Illinois corporations, to recover $20,000 damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate. The issues made by the pleadings were submitted to a jury resulting in a verdict and judgment in favor of the defendants and the plaintiff appeals.
