ELIASON, United States Magistrate Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs motion to compel discovery from defendants. Plaintiff owned a hardware store which sustained a fire loss on or about October 12, 1991. The structure and its contents were destroyed by fire. Defendants provided insurance for the building and its contents. Plaintiff was indicted on March 16, 1992 on charges of setting fire to the store and filing false claims. She was tried and acquitted in December 1992.
