The complaint alleged that on May 4, 1930, defendant issued to plaintiff the accident policy on which this suit is brought. That on February 4, 1932, plaintiff suffered a fall, as a result of which he became totally disabled and entitled to $50.00 per week under the terms and conditions of the policy.
