Five (5) year-old Cody Chambers (by his mother and next best friend, Donna Chambers Hamm) appeals the adverse summary judgment in his medical malpractice suit against Dr. Brandt Ludlow and the Bloom-ington Hospital [Hospital]. One physician on the medical review panel opined that Dr. Ludlow and the Hospital failed to comply with the appropriate standard of care as charged in Cody's complaint.
