ORDER AND REASONS

LEMMON, District Judge.

Plaintiff Ricky Nelson has sued defendants Richard Stalder, Johnny Creed, Kelly Ward, Jean Baker, Henry Goines, Joan Carter, and Claudia Laperouse under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. All defendants have moved for summary judgment on the issue of qualified immunity. Nelson has moved for partial summary judgment on the issue of Goines’ liability. 1 For the following reasons, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:(1) On defendant’s motion for summary judgment (Document 68):
