On May 7, 1926, Alma Freestate filed her petition in a divorce proceeding in which a decree of divorce had been entered December 16, 1916, in her favor and against the defendant Charles P. Freestate, praying that an order be entered requiring the defendant to pay to the petitioner sufficient money to enable her to pay for necessary medical aid for the treatment and for the support of their child Della Freestate.
