Appellant, Michael Estacio Ferreira, known also as the “apologetic rapist,” was charged with numerous burglary and sex offenses which occurred around the University of Arizona campus during September 1977 through September 1978. From the convictions of three counts of armed burglary, two counts of armed rape, two counts of burglary, first degree, two counts of attempted armed rape, one count of attempted rape, first degree, and one count of attempted armed burglary, * he appeals.
