MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is the motion of the plaintiff General Star Indemnity Company (“General Star”) for a recalculation of the time for filing its *996motion to reconsider this Court’s December 19, 2007, Order denying General Star’s motion for attorneys’ fees and costs. Alternatively, General Star moves to deem the motion timely filed, or to extend the time for filing. For the reasons stated below, the Court will deny the motion.
