OPINION

ANN CRAWFORD McCLURE, Justice.

J.A.R., a juvenile, appeals from an order transferring him from the Texas Youth Commission to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice to complete a determinate sentence of ten years. We affirm.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

In 2008, the State filed a petition seeking a determinate sentence based on an allegation Appellant engaged in delinquent conduct by committing the offense of indecency with a child.
