At Law. Action by Richard Silvas, an infant, by Ramon Silvas, his guardian ad litem, against the Arizona Copper Company, Limited. On motions to compel plaintiff to give security for costs and to make his complaint more definite and certain, and on demurrer raising the statute of limitations.

SAWTELLE, District Judge.

The defendant in this cause has made and filed its motion that plaintiff be required to give security for costs before proceeding further with the trial, and in support of said motion filed an affidavit of its cashier, alleging that neither the said Richard Silvas nor the said Ramon Silvas, guardian ad litem of plaintiff, has property out of which the costs of this action could be made by execution.
