The appellant, A.S.C. (aged 15), was chai'ged in a petition for delinquency with disorderly conduct in violation of section 877.03, Florida Statutes (2007), and with disruption or interference with the lawful administration of an educational institution in violation of section 877.13, Florida Statutes (2007). At the conclusion of the State’s case the defense moved for a judgment of dismissal based on the failure of the State to prove that the actions and words used by A.S.C. constituted a viola*1119tion of section 877.03.
