On this appeal by Robert Browning and cross-appeal by the Department of Business Regulation, Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums and Mobile Homes, we review a non-final order in which the circuit court denied the Division’s motion to hold Browning “in contempt of this court for failure to comply with its April 26, 1989, Amended Summary Final Judgment ... without prejudice to the Division to re-file a motion for contempt at a later date.” Browning complains that the trial court should have denied the motion with finality, contending primarily that the Division has no…
