OPINION

EVANS, Chief Justice.

The defendant, Northbrook National Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict, pursuant to the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act. The judgment awarded the plaintiff payment for total and permanent disability and also awarded the sum of $10,500.00 for his medical expenses. We affirm.
